Andrew Colin - Chairman
Andrew has two decades’ experience in international education. He founded and directed Study Group in 1990, steering it to become a global force in the international pre-university education sector with centres worldwide by 1999. Since then, he has chaired a property company with specialist involvement in the education sector and his commitment to international education has been instrumental in the development of the INTO model.


John Sykes - Group managing director
John has more than 20 years' experience at partner and director level, having qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in the UK. From 1995 to 2003, John was finance director of Study Group where he played a major role in the expansion plan that saw the group become an international force. John is a founder director of INTO.


Steven Smale - Director, sales and marketing
Steven has 15 years’ experience in international student recruitment, working with the Anglo Taiwan Education Centre and the British Council before establishing a regional office network worldwide for Study Group. Steven has extensive experience of marketing international educational programs.


Stephen Healy - Director, strategy and development
Stephen has more than 12 years’ experience in international education marketing and strategic planning in the UK and Asia. After working for the British Council in Thailand and China, Stephen founded activeMINDS Consulting in Bangkok, specializing in strategic marketing and research for the education industry. He is responsible for INTO's marketing planning and partnership development.


Stuart Holmes - Non-Executive Director
Stuart brings to the board in depth knowledge of the university sector and extensive experience in helping businesses to develop strategy and raise finance. He is chairman of the Council of the University of East Anglia, a board member of INTO UEA and University Campus Suffolk. He was previously a senior partner in Price Waterhouse Coopers where practiced in corporate finance with extensive experience in the private equity and listed sectors. He serves or chairs a number of board of organisations engaged in research, energy, pensions and property. Stuart's role with INTO is to help to align strategy with that of the university sector, to further foster the spirit of partnership with the sector and to participate in fund raising activities.
