Tuukkka Hinttula and James Macfarlane, both based in London, are responsible for INTO in the Middle-East and North African region. Tuukka is the Regional Director for Middle East and North Africa at INTO and has many years of experience of working with students, agents, sponsors, government agencies and overseas institutions in the Middle East and North Africa region. Tuukka has been traveling to the region for nearly ten years and remains a regular visitor. James is a fluent Arabic speaker and the first point of contact for many of our Arabic speaking students. Before joining the Middle East and North Africa Regional Office, James worked as the Arabic Language Counselor at INTO Newcastle and has helped many INTO students realise and fill their potential so far. As our Regional Manager, James is responsible for a great deal of day to day student and agent communications, including regular travel to the region to attend events and interview sessions.
