Practical Information for Working

Depending on your visa, special rules for international students studying on our International Foundation programme make it possible for you to work up to 10 hours per week during term-time, and full-time during vacations.

Please note: to meet immigration requirements, you will need to prove that you have the funds to pay for your tuition fees and living costs for the whole duration of your course, before you come to the UK. For more information on working in the UK, visit the UKCISA website.
