INTO CSU Undergraduate Pathway students are required to live on campus for their first two consecutive semesters and participate in the Global Village Learning Community in Parmelee Hall. Housing for INTO CSU Graduate Pathway, Academic English and General English students is provided in Westfall Hall, located on the CSU main campus.

INTO CSU Undergraduate Pathway student accommodations

Parmelee Hall is a newly-renovated, suite-style residence hall that features our Global Village Learning Community. Learning Communities at CSU provide a helpful academic and social transition to the University. Hear from real students about what it is like to live in the Global Village:

Students who start in the fall semester will live in Parmelee Hall. Students who start in the spring semester will live in Parmelee or an adjacent residence hall.

Parmelee hall features:

  • Suite-style residence hall with two people per room
  • Each room has a sink and bathroom storage space 
  • Two rooms share a connecting bathroom with a shower and toilet
  • Co-ed floors with four women in one suite and four men in the next suite (men and women do not share bathrooms)
  • Single-sex floors are also available
  • Securely locked doors on the exterior and interior of building 
  • Study rooms, lounges, kitchen and laundry facilities
  • Designated parking lot (added cost) and bicycle parking 
  • Alcohol and tobacco free 

Items that come in your room:

  • Adjustable bed frame (can be raised or lowered)
  • Extra-long twin mattress (99 cm wide x 203 cm long) 
  • Bed linens (sheet set, pillow and comforter)
  • Bath towels (large towel, hand towel and wash cloth)
  • Desk and desk chair, wardrobe closet, curtains, trash can and recycling bin
  • Cable TV service and wireless high-speed internet

Follow Kate Wormus, Housing Assignments and Arrivals Coordinator, on a tour through Parmelee Hall, a newly renovated hall, complete with a fourth floor addition, on Colorado State University's campus.

Parmelee Hall housing includes a meal plan, which is required with the housing. Students can choose from 10, 14, or 21 meals per week or opt for any meal at any time. Each meal plan includes $150 or Ram Cash to use on campus. Any 14 is the default meal plan, but it may be changed upon arrival. Parmelee Hall has a dining center in the building and an a second dining center attached to the building.

INTO CSU Graduate Pathway and English Language student accommodations

Westfall Hall

Westfall Hall is a 12-story residence hall on campus, which offers great views of the mountains and campus. It is located on the north side of campus close to Moby Sports Arena, the CSU Recreation Center, bus stops, shopping, and restaurants. Living in Westfall Hall gives students the opportunity to experience classic US campus life and integrate with their peers from around the US and the world. In addition to residential staff on each floor, INTO CSU also provides dedicated programming and support staff to assist students with social and academic transition, create dynamic activities, and help with any student needs or questions. Rates include early arrival and Fall and Spring breaks, but Westfall housing is not available during the Summer semester. Over winter break students may leave their belongings but are not able to live in Westfall Hall. Alternative winter break housing is available at an additional cost.

  • Two large community bathrooms (with multiple sinks, toilets and showers) shared by one gender on each floor - cleaned daily

CSU On-Campus Meal Plans 

Westfall Hall housing includes a meal plan, which is required with the housing. Students can choose from 10, 14, or 21 meals per week or opt for any meal at any time. Non-first year, adult-learner, and graduate students can also choose an Any 5 meal plan, which includes 5 meals per week. Each meal plan includes $150 or Ram Cash to use on campus. The Extended Single Room with the Any Meal Any Time is the default housing option, but it may be changed upon arrival. The newly renovated Durrell Center is next door with a dining center, game room, and outdoor seating.

Resources for students living off campus

Off-Campus Life offers many services for students who are not living in CSU housing, including RentalSearch, an online rental listing service. Off-Campus Life also has information on how to live successfully off-campus; this office also hosts and promotes events to help students find roommates, a housing fair, and locker rental options. Off-Campus Life also offers CSU Rideshare, which gives students the ability to make carpool arrangements quickly and securely.
